Carson Alexander (Austin, TX)

Carson Alexander was born in Dallas, TX and raised in West Memphis, AR, and cut his teeth playing Funk, R&B, Blues, and Rock on Beale Street. He moved to Austin at the suggestion of Clifford Antone, and soon met many fantastic musicians like Monte Montgomery, Tommy Shannon, Chris Layton, Doyle Bramhall II, Eric Johnson, Jimmie Vaughan, Malford Milligan, Derek O'Brian, George DeVore ect... Between ages 18-21, Carson fronted his eponymous cover band, playing in Austin and Pflugerville.

In May of 2010, Carson began playing lead guitar for Country-Rock artist Bleu Edmondson. Bleu's "Finger on the Trigger" topped out at #3 on the CMT charts, and the single remained on the Top 12 charts for 12 weeks. Bleu's newest chart topping singles include "Blood Red Lincoln" and "No Room For Mercy". As a part of Bleu's touring band, Carson got to see the country but was drawn back to developing his own music.
