The City of Austin and African American Heritage Network present the citywide 2009 Black History Program, "The Quest for Black Citizenship in the Americas." Keynote Speaker will be Dr. Gregory Vincent, Vice President Diversity and Community Engagement, The University of Texas at Austin. Lunch will be served starting at 11:30AM. Entertainment includes hip-hop artist, Fudge.
