Bryan Dunn began performing professionally while in high school in Duncanville, Texas. Over the next 15 years he ran the gamut of music genres: prog rock, folk, funk, Austin-groove, power pop, dance/alt rock. But not until he went solo in 2005 did he find his strongest musical voice as a singer/songwriter and eponymous bandleader. With the release of Vicious Waltz, Bryan has truly come into his own with a truly brilliant recording. Tapping into New York City's local music scene, Vicious Waltz features a wide array of musicians and singers who contributed to the album solely because of a shared belief in the power of Dunn's songwriting.
