From a broken past, a cursed present and a burning future, Calatrilloz endlessly journey across the pages of an ever-shifting history.
Wanderers gathered from the darkened fringes of time, they disguise their anachronistic appearances in the identity of a circus troupe, performing wherever they briefly rest in their ceaseless search. While the illusion effectively shrouds their true nature, it is also an apt parallel to their existence: the lives of circus people are an eternal odyssey; they have no home but the road, no allies but each other, and no masters but themselves. Perpetual outsiders wherever they travel, their presence is a fleeting experience but a lasting memory.
Led by a madman haunted by the sins of his past, they are a ramshackle assortment of lost souls bound by their search for redemption, isolation and guilt forever driving them forwards. Scouring the four corners of the Earth for five marionettes, in each of which is imprisoned a powerful demon lord, their hunt takes them to realms where few can travel and return sane.
A storm of chaos is gathering upon the temporal horizon. Puppets are made to be commanded, and should the marionettes find themselves without a master, the demonic forces trapped within them will once again be awakened.

Raised in south Los Angeles, Josue Flores (aka "Cali") embraces and thrives off the culture that surrounds him. Influenced heavily by the lyrical geniuses who defined West Coast rap, Cali's writing is born of both his urban surroundings and more global issues—poverty, class struggles, religion, and government. His rhymes cross over the Spanish and English languages spoken around him throughout his life, and it's evident that the young Latin lyricist has found Hip-Hop as an ideal medium for his self-expression. In 2014, Chano Cadena celebrated 60 years of bringing the finest in Conjunto music to the public and his fans. Since 1954, he probably has the longest running working conjunto based mostly out of Alice, TX. Chano was born on October 31, 1937, on a ranch near Palito Blanco--a community ‘muy chiquito’, 14 miles south of Alice, Texas. The family would listen to phonograph records—78’s of Narcisco Martinez and Lydia Mendoza as well as listen on the radio to the latest Mexican rancheras beaming from Mexican stations across the border. His oldest brother Jose was the first to pickup the accordion which inspired Chano to learn the instrument at around 10 years old. His first accordion was a toy plastic accordion but his father, Don Ignacio Cadena, immediately recognized his son’s talent so he sacrificed and saved up enough dollars to buy him a real Hohner accordion and began taking him around the ranchos to play for neighbors and friends. Father and son would walk miles to these ranchos with Chano’s accordion in a pillow case. Soon after he was being taken around to local cantinas to play for patrons who would pay him nickels and quarters for polkitas, valses and popular canciones. It was when he started going to school in Alice that he began to form a proper conjunto. His first recordings were advertising jingles for a department store recorded for Tejano music pioneer Armando Marroquin. From then on, Chano recorded several times with Mr. Marroquin as a session musician and soon after he recorded with his own conjunto. In the 60's and 70's, Chano's conjunto toured all over Texas and even in states such as New Mexico, Colorado and Florida. It was on this Conjunto circuit that the conjunto shared a stage with many legendary greats such as Tony De La Rosa and El Conjunto Bernal. Many successful musicians such as Juan Sifuentes, Manuel Solis and Ruben Naranjo began their careers as a member of Chano's conjunto. In the late 1960’s and 70’s, Chano’s conjunto assembled perhaps his most talented lineup featuring the vocal duo Tonio Vasquez and Fidel Cavazos. The 80’s and 90’s brought another great era as the conjunto recorded many successful albums with Beltran Garcia’s Canasta label out of Kingsville. Chano continues to play in and around South Texas with his conjunto till this day at bars, dances and private parties. Chano Cadena was inducted into the Tejano R.O.O.T.S. Hall of Fame in Alice, Texas, in 2001. He was also inducted in 2007 to the Texas Conjunto Music Hall of Fame and Museum in San Benito. In 2013 Chano was inducted into the Conjunto Hall of Fame in San Antonio.

Rumor has it that rock and roll is dead. Ha! Well if it is, then we are its lurching undead – vengeful wraiths animated from the primordial gloop of mischief and lust left behind when its corpse was carried away.
We invite you to indulge, for a moment, in our reality. Transcend the existential ruin of the information age and embrace pure superstentialism. Come hurl thunderbolts and run amok across the world’s face with us. Embrace the riotous celebration and join the bacchanal. We will shake our fists at the heavens, and turn every dive into a cathedral dedicated to the long lost gods of rock. We will burn and blaze until we are gone or until they return.
Not a bad way to spend an evening, all in all.
With a melodic, intense, hard rock sound, and the transcendent vocals of their unparalleled female lead singer, Chasing After Alice released their first EP, Down the Rabbit Hole, in 2015 and are poised to become one of the industry's most unique and talented new bands. Having the advantage of all the members growing up in Austin, with it's immense music scene and diversity, allowed the band to produce a distinctive sound which roots itself in Rock/Metal, but goes far beyond by merging unexpected elements from a variety of musical subgenres.
Rachel Thompson (Lead Singer), Justin Beamon (Drums), & Dustin Belanger (Lead/Rhythm Guitar), founding members of Chasing After Alice, are long time friends who were united early on by their passion and dedication to music. More recently, the band has grown in size and sound with their newest members, Zach Gunn (Bass Guitar) and Carson Carter (Lead/Rhythm Guitar). "We work well together because we care about and have respect for one another. It allows us to leave the egos behind and gives us the ability to focus and collaborate on what's most important...our MUSIC," said newest band member, Carson Carter. It's uncommon to find a band with such talent that their music is just as good, if not better, when performed live...Chasing After Alice is one of those rare bands whose musical talent and high energy live performance will never disappoint!
Since their time off from live performances to finish their new EP, Chasing After Alice's members all agree that they're extremely fired up about playing in front of live audiences again, saying; "Playing live gives us a direct connection with our audience and we love to feel the positive energy coming from them!" Chords of Truth is a solo acoustic project by Folk Singer-Songwriter Jason Garriotte. In September of 2011, inspiration struck for Jason with a symphony of melodies and lyrics that would soon emerge as his debut EP Reflections of Reality. The framework for these songs was born out of over 10 years of playing his unique cover versions of classic songs. The dynamic blend of folk and rockabilly-styled acoustic guitar with bass vocals that are both tender yet masculine creates an innovative sound and listening experience. Working with producer Jeffrey Joslin, they created an album that sends you on an intoxicating mind trip of self reflection with a driving acoustic guitar soundtrack implementing harmonies, piano and fingerpicking styles to bring the story home. “Tune Your Mind”, Chords of Truth’s first track on the album paints the perfect picture of how one should use their mind to reflect on what we want and to be clear in making it a reality. Jason says, “My goal is to create music that helps change the way people look at the world around them and to see things in a new light. All while enjoying the ride.” Chords of Truth influences include classic artists like Bob Dylan, Simon and Garfunkel, Leonard Cohen and Cat Stevens. With a unique sound that has been compared to recent hit artists like Jack Johnson, Mumford & Songs, Iron & Wine, and Ray Lamontagne. When not in the studio, Jason has been paying his dues on the road, touring across the United States.

He is well-known for composing all his own songs and songs for other singers. In 1998 he was discovered in a talent contest where he displayed his piano and song-writing skills. Over the next two years, he was hired to compose for popular Chinese singers. Although he was trained in classical music, Chou combines Chinese and Western music styles to produce songs that fuse R&B, rock and pop genres, covering issues such as domestic violence, war, and urbanization.
Churchwood performs a vital and much-needed musical mission on their self-titled Saustex Records debut album: Saving the blues from the blahs and numerous other crimes and afflictions. Hailing from Austin, Texas, a city rightfully accused of being “The Boring White Blues Capital of the World,” the ingenious quintet kick the lazy butt of blues music into the second decade of the 21st Century and beyond. And they do so with Bohemian panache, gonzo élan, punky ‘tude, bluesy grit and stunning musical mastery and imagination while keeping a firm rock’n’roll Vulcan death grip on the roots of the blues. The result is a sound that’s rife with the beef and the heart — if you get the drift — plus mind-expanded smarts and relentlessly wild and wooly soul. As guitarists Bill Anderson and Billysteve Korpi slash, slide, crunch and bend their six strings with lysergic abandon, drummer Julien Peterson and bassist Adam Kahan plow deep new grooves through the blues with twirling syncopation, and singer and harp player Joe Doerr wails, growls and howls like a mystic in the savage state. It’s synesthesia you can dance to, blues that’s refreshingly bereft of hoary bullpucky, and music that melds the heart, mind and crotch in an ecstatic orgy of sonic, melodic and linguistic adventurism.
CitySpeak is fronted by Jesse Mason, whose eclectic music style began at a young age with a fascination for the arpegiated chiptunes of early videogames. Seeking what he loved, he looked for these and other unique synthetic sounds in the music he listened to and, soon after, created. Striving to produce the interesting and unusual; atmospheric, big-stadium sounds are often paired with bold chiptune synths. Calculated snares keep the beat in check while carefully utilized bass adds cool and at times, moody intonation. This seemingly odd combination results in a refreshingly new twist on today's often "cookiecutter" electronic music. CitySpeak draws his inspiration from artists like Vangelis, Nobuo Uematsu, Chemical Brothers, M83, and others. CitySpeak actively engages his fans, and reaches out to them on a regular basis. You can find him frequenting Cityspeak's music pages, (facebook, soundcloud, etc.) posting updates on upcoming releases and responding to what his listeners are saying about his music.

David Cloyd, one of the exciting new artists on the Engine Company Records roster, steps onto the national stage with his debut album, Unhand Me, You Fiend!. A performance major and multi-instrumentalist, David Cloyd had already established himself as a staple in New York City's indie-rock scene. But in early 2008, David Cloyd's musical future looked, at best, uncertain. His band had broken up, and the options in front of him were far from ideal. So, he sat down on the floor of his 9-foot by 9-foot home studio in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, to assess his resources, and the situation. He had a personal computer he had built by hand. He had two reference monitors he had bought on sale, and one $130 Japanese condenser microphone. He had one acoustic guitar, one electric guitar, a Mexican bass guitar, a keyboard with some broken keys, two amplifiers (one borrowed), and one drum machine. He had no money for studio time or more recording gear. What he did have was a wealth of songs and no one but himself to play them.
David is also an ECR Music Group recording artist and Executive Vice President of Creative Operations.

Stephen was raised in Nashville's songwriting and recording community. Country greats Bobby Bare and the late Dale Reeves are just a few of the characters that influenced Cochran's early music life. Adrian and the Sickness is an undeniable front of infectious pop concoction wrapped around electric, bombastic rock and roll. They have been wowing live audiences with sweet melody and sheer sonic power since their debut in February 2004. Guitarist Adrian Conner also plays lead in Hell’s Belles, an AC/DC tribute band so fearsome that Angus Young himself is a devoted fan. She’s a deft soloist and a sure hand with a stinging riff, and she’s demonstrated her talents in front of demanding AC/DC fans all over the world. But she’s also a formidable pop-rock songwriter, penning honest, forthright songs spiked with catchy, irresistible hooks. Her original music has been called “exciting, rambunctious and kinda scary” in Guitar Player Magazine (2007).

Four human beings who use instruments of music to affect the world around them: this is The Crazy Never Die. The music is influenced by rock, but with cerebral lyrics, grand texture, the occasional orchestral intermingling, and an odd, genre-bending touch. The bands music and lyrics are meant to entertain but also inspire thought and provoke questions. Therefore they found it suitable to take their name from an author with similar aspirations, Hunter S. Thompson, who once said, “Some may never live but the crazy never die.” TCND has played in and around Los Angeles for the last three years, and now has a new album called, Release the Ground.
Influences: Smashing Pumpkins, Faith No More, Dax Riggs, Nine Inch Nails, Pink Floyd, Queens of the Stone Age, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Tool, Nirvana, Tomahawk, A Perfect Circle, David Bowie, Radiohead, Soul Coughing
A quote from Vanessa Wheeler from the band Leo Leo: "A nerdy, classical music-meets-rock sensibility is a big part of the band's ethos; their sound is its own weird blend of rock (vox/guitars/bass/keys/drums) with all their fringe influences coloring the end result."
Thomas Witwer: guitar/vocals
Alan Toka: drums
Kyle Rod: bass
Christine Gengaro: keyboard/backing vocals
Bonus band fun fact: Dr. Christine Gengaro is a college professor and author of a book about music in the films of Stanley Kubrick: Listening to Stanley Kubrick: The Music in His Films (Scarecrow Press, 2013)
Crowe was formed over a shared obsession for Fuzz pedals, beer, and the love of playing loud rock n' roll. Melodic guitar driven tunes, fueled by fuzzy bass lines, in the tradition of 70's rock icons like T-Rex. They have emerged from a foggy Suburban slumber, spending 2012 racking up stage time at Legendary Toronto venues like the Horseshoe Tavern, Lee's Palace, and the Hard Rock Cafe. Crowe finished off the year by being featured as "Indie Band of the Month" on 102.1 the Edge, and played to a sold out Crowd in their Hometown of Oakville at the Moonshine Cafe.
2013 is shaping up to be a big year, with the release of Crowe’s self-titled (and self-produced) debut album. Crowe takes it back to basics. Reminiscent of a time when people knew how to play their instruments and knew how to feed off each other. Just four guys in a room with microphones, guitars, amps, and drums. No Pro Tools, autotune, DJ’s, samples or studio trickery! The result is an album full of melodic tunes, fuzzy guitars, a rocking rhythm section, and tons of hooks!
The Cry Babies play high-energy-country-infused-rock’n’roll. Well-known and loved mostly in and around Berlin, Germany, The Cry Babies have charmed audiences from all walks of life for almost 10 years. With their raw & dirty, yet sometimes smooth & sweet mix of male and female vocals, skillful country guitar licks, energetic slap-bass style and trashy unconventional drumming, they’re just plain loveable.
