Amir Halevi is a Los Angeles-based music producer, sound engineer, and singer-songwriter known for his technical precision and thoughtful, song-driven artistry. His journey began at the Rimon School of Music in Israel, later leading him to the Berklee College of Music, where he graduated with honors in August 2023 with a degree in Music Production and Sound Engineering.
Currently, Amir serves as a sound engineer at Remote Control Productions, working under Hans Zimmer and his team. In this collaborative environment, he has had the privilege of contributing to some of the industry’s most notable recent scores, including the films F1, Dune, and Gladiator 2, as well as Blitz and The Simpsons. He also supports the production of the global touring production, The World of Hans Zimmer.
As a producer and mix engineer, Amir works with a diverse, international roster of talent, recording and mixing artists from all over the world. His production credits include collaborations with artists such as Rakel Saranga, Aya Sivan, and Ava LaRue, where he focuses on bringing a refined, cinematic ear to independent music.
Amir’s personal artistry is deeply rooted in the storytelling of influences like Paul Simon, James Taylor, and Fleetwood Mac. He has released the singles "Bim Bam Bam" and "פרח אחד" to all major platforms, and recently shared a more personal, experimental project with his SoundCloud-exclusive album, The Long Way. Whether behind the console for legendary film scores or in the studio with emerging artists, Amir remains committed to the craft of creating music that is both technically impeccable and emotionally resonant.
