D.Ayo is a rapper/model/promoter from Indio, California who got his start as a lyricist by publishing poetry and reading it over instrumental tracks. His reading eventually grew into rapping. As a rapper, D.Ayo honed his craft to the point of earning opening slots for Mike Jones, The New Boyz, Mann, The Finatticz, and others. In addition to performing as a solo act, D.Ayo has formed Nerd Gang, a collaboration with IG (InerG). His newest single "Word From A Legend" features I.G. and has already amassed more than 3,500 plays.

While his musical influence lean toward Tupac, Lupe Fiasco, UGK, and Kendrick Lamar, D.Ayo rolls with an eye for business and promotion inspired by Jay-Z, The RZA, Nipsey Hussle, Dame Dash, and Dr. Dre. Along those lines, D.Ayo's Paper Monsters Entertainment has promoted shows for a number of artists including Mike Jones. And D.Ayo's upcoming EP, No Lie, has an accompanying clothing line in the works, as D.Ayo begins to develop his multimedia entertainment business.
