Born and raised on Kauai, Hawaiʻi, Pepper Diaz is a 16-year-old singer-songwriter blending rock and pop energy with emotionally honest, old-soul lyrics. Writing and singing since she can remember, Pepper creates music that’s fearless, versatile, and driven by real feeling—never confined to one genre or sound. Music has always been at the center of her life.

Encouraged by a deeply musical family, Pepper began performing and writing early, developing a lyric-first approach that transforms instinctive melodies and lived experiences into powerful songs. She collaborates closely with her guitarist to bring the sound she hears in her head to life. Despite her age, Pepper already has an impressive live and industry résumé. She has performed at iconic venues including Whisky a Go Go and The Viper Room in Los Angeles, as well as The Cavern Club in Liverpool. She has participated in four Rock & Roll Fantasy Camps, performing alongside legendary artists such as Stewart Copeland (The Police), Nancy Wilson (Heart), Michael Anthony (Van Halen), Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers), and Sebastian Bach (Skid Row). Pepper has also collaborated with guitarist Bella Perron (formerly of Plush) on her single “When You’re Mad,” featuring Bella’s guitar solo.

Often described as an old soul, Pepper is driven, grounded, and passionate about inspiring the next generation of artists. She is currently remixing music with legendary producer Mr. Mig and has officially signed with Young Outlaw Music (YOM) as she prepares for upcoming releases with her band Pepper and the Scoville Scale.‌
