Ram Ayala, the late king of Taco Land and the spiritual godfather of a couple generations of boundary-defying musicians and live-music fans, set the bar high with his spirit, his personality and his legendary venue. A Taco Land tribute, which falls near what would have been Ram's 80th birthday, is set for Friday at Nightrocker Live.
Nightrocker honcho Roland “Nightrocker” Fuentes worked closely with Ram, so it's a cinch he'll stage an appropriate party. Music will be supplied by: Heather Leather, Los #3 Dinners, Snowbyrd, I Ching Gatos, Bigwood, Sin, Wings of Valkyrie, Muscle Car.
