This Friday night kick-off show should prove to be a frenetic beginning to the festivities. Hickoids will corncentrate on material from "We're In It For The Corn", "Hard Corn" and "Waltz A-Cross Texas". The Poor Dumb Bastards will show everyone why they are Texas' # 1 drunk rock band, leaving jaws hanging everywhere they go. Also from Houston, the DollyRockers (not to be confused with the Brit girl-group) sling a sultry brand of hard rock infused with psychobilly and country edge. Austin's Bulemics deliver chaotic and Dwarves-esque anthems with politically incorrect charm.
