Texas Music Revolution (TMR) is one of the nation's longest-running independent music festivals and North Texas' premier showcase for Texas Country, Americana, Red Dirt, folk, bluegrass, and roots music. Founded by KHYI 95.3 The Range in 1997, the annual festival has grown into a cornerstone of the Texas music scene, drawing thousands of fans to Historic Downtown McKinney while spotlighting both emerging talent and acclaimed artists including Kacey Musgraves, Ryan Bingham, Robert Earl Keen, Turnpike Troubadours, Whiskey Myers, Lyle Lovett, and many more. Known for championing independent artists and authentic songwriting, Texas Music Revolution continues to celebrate the rich heritage and evolving future of Texas music.
