After time spent as a concert promoter, artist manager, and booking agent, Ken Kushnick's career in the entertainment business went into high gear when he joined New York-based Sire Records. It was there that he signed Talking Heads and helped bring The Pretenders and Madonna to the label. His responsibilities included marketing, promotion, artist development relations with foreign distributors.

Warner Bros. Chairman, Mo Ostin, hand-picked Ken for a newly created position as VP International Operations/Europe for Warner Bros. Records. Stationed in London, he developed campaigns for many acts who were, or became big international sellers including George Benson, ZZ Top, Rod Stewart, and his former U.S. success, Madonna.

Since leaving Warner Bros., he has been a principal in a number of entertainment management and production companies that have represented clients including Wolfman Jack, Grammy winning producer Don Was, and jazz legend Herbie Hancock. Current management clients include Producer/Songwriter Mark Feist (Destiny's Child, Mya, Celine Dion); Film Composer and World Music Artist Jamshied Sharifi; The estate of Singer/Songwriter/Guitar Slinger Stephen Bruton (Crazy Heart soundtrack) and Texas legend Malford Milligan.

Additionally, Ken is a well respected Music Supervisor for film and TV soundtracks. His TV projects include MIAMI VICE. Among his many feature film projects are Look Who's Talking, Beverly Hills Cop 3, Face/Off, Muppets From Space, Double Jeopardy, and Down To Earth.
