Coyote Music is pleased to announce extensive changes to its services and website content. "These improvements have been made according to artist feedback received over the past two years," says Owner/Editor Wiley Koepp. "Our goal is to work with many more artists, not only completing projects for them but also fostering a community among our clients and colleagues."

These modifications promote increased artist involvement with the website and provide fresh content on a continual basis. The new Featured Artists section recognizes artists whose songs or live performances stand out among others. The premiere featured artist is Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania's Stasis.

After receiving copious amounts of positive feedback, Critiques have become a greater focus of attention and are appropriately more prominent on the website. Artists seem to agree that objective, constructive criticism is a rare commodity because those closely related to a project often have difficulty remaining objective. While album reviews offer opinions on a recording or performance, Coyote Music's Critiques offer more private, personal and constructive analysis of promotional materials or live performances written from the point of view of both the audience and industry. Recently, one artist said of the critique of their live performance:

"…it is the most insightful piece of anything about us or our music that I've heard."

For artists on especially tight budgets, a free Links exchange has been created. Artists, companies and individuals can have a link to their website posted free of charge in exchange for posting a link to www.coyotemusic.com on their site. Those who do choose a pay service, however, may be pleasantly surprised by the price list adjustments. Also in response to artist feedback, rates have been reduced from 30-40% to better accommodate still-up-and-coming talent. And for a limited time, as an added incentive for prospective clients, the initial Consultation Fee will be waived for all new submissions.

Finally, Coyote Music has added Beyond Music. The concept of incorporating a non-music section into the website also evolved from discussions with artists, many of whom have long sought a medium through which they could display their non-musical wares. This endeavor will certainly expand but the initial content certainly provides a compelling start: a doo-wop singer's Tax Organizer for Artists, a guitarist/drummer/vocalist's paintings and an entertainment publicist's New York City Visitor Guide to name a few. New submissions are welcome and are currently being accepted for consideration. Bookmark https://www.coyotemusic.com/ and check back frequently to see what the future will bring!
