The Texas Hill Country will be alive with music in September when Trace Adkins, Stoney LaRue and close to a dozen other Country Music acts grace the stage at The Resort at Fredericksburg. The Resort at Fredericksburg is becoming synonymous with great, live music, but this is the biggest one yet.

The artists include Stoney LaRue as the Friday night headliner and Trace Adkins closing out Saturday night. The live music starts at 3:00PM Friday, September 12 and goes until Saturday, September 13 at Midnight. Supporting acts include Clay Hollis Band, Big Jordan Band, David Adam Byrnes, Scotty Alexander Band, Darrin Morris Band, Bailey Rae Band, Kensie Coppin Band, Bernie Nelson Band, Chuck Wimer Band and others to be announced.

"We're teaming up with legendary country artists to bring unforgettable live music to the Texas Hill Country, but it also gives us an opportunity to give back," says Burl Outlaw, co-owner at The Resort at Fredericksburg. "Come for the music, stay for the mission. We can make a difference together."

It's not advertised on the main poster but multiple charities will be benefiting from the weekend of music. Some of those include Tunnels to Towers, Headwaters for Heroes, the Texas Association of First Responders and the Thin Blue Line Foundation. They will also be handing out some youth scholarships and donating to some local, volunteer fire departments and victims of the recent, devastating floods.

Mickey Poole, managing partner of The Resort at Fredericksburg told us, "We've partnered with Cozi Vacation Rentals on this thing and that's allowing us to make a greater impact. When I told Matt (owner of Cozi Vacation Rentals) what we wanted to do, he was all in." Mickey continued, "These are great organizations that we can all get behind, and if we can have a good time helping them out... Bonus."

There's a VIP party Thursday, September 11 for sponsors and people purchasing VIP tables. The VIP tables aren't for sale online but you can call (830) 251-2334. We're told they're serving Italian. There will be a lot to do at this family friendly event with vendors, plenty of food and drinks, and you can visit the actual charities who will be benefiting from the concert. Parking at venue is limited to 300 parking passes that can be purchased online with tickets on StubWire.
