The strength of Bare Necessity lies in the musical passion of its members. Co-Lead Vocalists Dodd & Shawna have an original band project called The DML Conspiracy and guitarist/vocalist Colin Billings is a solo artist--you can find them on all major streaming platforms. Drummer Jim Folzman puts out music of his own under the moniker Darkewood Music. The musical diversity among the band allows them to pull off impressive arrangements of the most complex hit songs, nailing what many bands can't with 3-part vocal harmonies and their collective stellar musicianship.

You may have seen Bare Necessity over the years. They've served as the Budweiser Plaza House Band for the Houston Texans NFL franchise and have played the Budweiser Stage for Mardi Gras in Galveston. They play bars, private events large/medium/small, galas, balls and are adept at the nuances of venues of all sizes.
