Easy Bees' debut album is a 12-track love letter to the melodic rock and pop heavyweights that have come before them, absorbed and re-imagined into something of their own. The project started with the passing of a mutual hero, Tom Petty, and a desire to create new original music. Easy Bees is Ford Natirboff of Savannah, GA, Jim Hawkes of Amherst, NH and Jake Greenlaw of North Haven, ME. Meeting and forming a band in 2004 at New England College in Henniker, NH, it wasn't long before they were skipping classes to try to perfect harmonies. Like took them to different physical places, but the bond of bandhood kept them in contact all these years.
